Refund policy

We want you to love your Tanka piece. If the size is not right, we will happily exchange it.

• Message us on WhatsApp at +92 349 3827790 within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges are for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

Custom sized orders

Custom sized pieces are stitched to the measurements you share, so they cannot be exchanged for size. If a piece is not stitched as per your measurements, we will alter or fix it free of cost.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Return delivery

For size exchanges, you arrange and pay for sending the item back to us. We send the new size to you free of charge.

Refunds

We offer exchanges, not refunds, except in the case of a damaged or wrong item that we cannot replace.
