7 day size exchange

If your size isn't right, you can exchange it for a different size within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible

• The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• All tags are attached and it's returned in the original packaging.
• Exchanges are for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
• Items bought on sale are final and can't be exchanged.

Custom sized orders

Custom sized pieces are stitched to the measurements you share, so they can't be exchanged for size. If a piece isn't stitched as per your measurements, we'll alter or fix it free of cost.

How to request an exchange

1. WhatsApp us at +92 349 3827790 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
2. We'll share the return address and steps.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll dispatch your new size.

Delivery charges

You arrange and pay for sending the item back to us. We send the new size to you free of charge.

Damaged or wrong item

If you received a damaged or wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Refunds

We offer exchanges, not refunds, except in the case of a damaged or wrong item that we can't replace.
