All measurements are in inches and are taken from the garment laid flat (for chest, hips and daman, measured from one side to the other).

How to find your size
- Take a kurta or shirt that fits you well and lay it flat.
- Measure straight across the chest, just below the arms.
- Compare it with the chart above and pick the closest size.
